A lawsuit has been filed against a gentleman’s club in northeast Philadelphia, accusing waitresses of over-serving a local man who then died in a single-car accident after leaving the club. The suit claims waitresses at the club are paid commission for every drink served, giving them financial incentive to “overlook a customer who is visibly intoxicated.” The suit says the club is at fault for the man’s death because it violated Pennsylvania liquor-liability laws. San Diego personal injury attorney
