Monster City High Scooters Recalled from WalMart 1083

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of more than 5,500 battery-operated scooters with Monster High graphics due to increased fall hazard. The company said the scooters, which are sold exclusively at WalMart, can accelerate suddenly, causing the rider to lose control and fall off.
