The city of Los Angeles will pay $4.2 million to settle a lawsuit with two local women mistakenly shot by LAPD officers in February. The two women, who were delivering newspapers in a local neighborhood, had unknowingly driven by the home of a LAPD captain who had been receiving death threats when they were shot by police.
