A northwest Chicago man has filed a lawsuit against two former Schaumburg police officers over a "pattern of illegal conduct" that led to his false arrest. The plaintiff claims he was an informant for one of the officers, and that the defendants were "skimming drugs, planting evidence and directing him to give false information to a judge to obtain search warrants."
