The family of a Bethune-Cookman University student who died in a Florida car crash last year has filed suit against the school, alleging the crash was the result of a hazing incident. The car's driver fell asleep at the wheel, crashing the vehicle into a tree; the suit claims the victim and the driver had been deprived of sleep by a school fraternity as part of a hazing ritual, which contributed to the victim's death.
