Suit Filed over New Connecticut Gun Law 1411

A group of gun owners and firearms rights organizations have filed suit against the governor of Connecticut and the state attorney's office over a new gun law passed in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook shootings. The bill requires universal background checks for purchasers of all firearms, among other things, which the lawsuit calls unconstitutional and a violation of 2nd Amendment rights. The lawsuit says "the act was rushed through the legislature without thorough debate or meaningful public examination" and is highly "irrational." San Diego personal injury attorney
